Columbus Accommodations

Ideally, any proper wedding ends with people awakening still dressed in their formals, snugly nestled amid the neighbors’ rose garden. But things being things, we thought you might want some more structured accommodations for our ceremony in Columbus.

We’ve been checking out the hotel situation—some good options, but we STRONGLY recommend booking ASAP! We called around and got some quotes for room rates. You may be able to do better than this by booking online—these were the “over the phone” rates. There are legions of hotels listed near the Columbus airport or Easton. Feel free to check them out, but be warned: these are quite far away from the Hall where the wedding and reception will be!

Here’s where we’ll be staying on the wedding night:

The Westin Great Southern. Really lovely & close to the ceremony/reception site. Starting at $115.

Looking for more choices?
Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus - Downtown. Starting at $169

Crowne Plaza Hotel Columbus Downtown. Starting at $129

Red Roof Inn Columbus Convention Center.
starting at $116

Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel Downtown Columbus. Starting $119

Best Western Clarmont Inn & Suites. Home of the Round Bar--must be seen to be believed! Fodor's recommends this hotel as a big money saver, not extra fancy but very clean. Starting at $79

In the mood for adventure? (insofar as Columbus can accommodate...) There are a few cute B&Bs in the area. We didn't call to check availability, but this should get you started:

German Village Guesthouse. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, not far from the Hall.

Harrison House
. A bit farther from the site, but worth a look.

If there's interest in alternative accommodations, or if you're having any trouble getting booked, let April know and we'll see what we can find for you!
